Students Reunite to Celebrate the Success of Dash for the Tache in aid of Prostate Cancer Gibraltar.
On the 22nd of December, the inspiring group of 16 students who embarked on the Dash for the Tache challenge reunited in Gibraltar after returning from their studies in the United Kingdom. Their hard work and determination to run over 1,000 kilometers in just one month has left an unforgettable mark—not only in miles but in the generosity and awareness they’ve raised for Prostate Cancer Gibraltar.
The students gathered at Bruno’s, where they were warmly welcomed by Joe Holliday, Alec Buttom, and Nicholas Periza. Together, they raised a toast to their incredible efforts and the impact they’ve made. Over the course of the challenge, they successfully collected £1,155 for our charity—a testament to their dedication and the support of our community. 💙
The Dash for the Tache campaign, built on the iconic moustache symbol of prostate cancer awareness, not only raised crucial funds but also inspired conversations about the importance of health and community support, especially amongst young people. These students have shown us that the future is bright, with the young generations leading the way in charity, awareness, and teamwork.
We are incredibly proud of their achievement and deeply grateful for their contribution to Prostate Cancer Gibraltar. Let’s continue to support efforts like this and inspire even more people to get involved in meaningful causes.
Thank you to everyone who donated, cheered them on, or played a part in this wonderful journey. Together, we can make a difference! 💙
