Royal Gibraltar Police donates £500 to Prostate Cancer Gibraltar at the Annual Staff Award and Charity Presentations

Prostate Cancer Gibraltar was honoured to be amongst the charities supported at the Royal Gibraltar Police Annual Staff Awards and Charity Presentations, held at the IPA Gibraltar Social Club. The event brought together senior officials, invited guests and members of the RGP to recognise outstanding service within the Force, while also highlighting its strong commitment to supporting local charities.

As part of the ceremony, the RGP Charity Committee presented donations to various charities, generated through fundraising activities organised by officers and police staff throughout the year. Prostate Cancer Gibraltar was grateful to receive a donation of £500, which will support its ongoing work in raising awareness, promoting early detection, working closely with the GHA to purchase medical equipment to further enhance the diagnosing, treatment and care of patients with prostate cancer, and providing support to men and families affected by this illness.

This support is both meaningful and impactful as it reflects the continued commitment of the Royal Gibraltar Police to the wellbeing of the community.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Royal Gibraltar Police, the RGP Charity Committee, and all officers and staff who dedicate time and effort to fundraising initiatives throughout the year

Every contribution helps us move closer to our goal of saving lives through awareness and early diagnosis, and we are extremely grateful for this show of solidarity and support.

Thank you to the Royal Gibraltar Police.
