GSD Supports Prostate Cancer Gibraltar

A large contingent of GSD MPs and activist visited the Prostate Cancer Gibraltar (PCG) stand opposite the Cathedral of St Mary the Crowned, during the Walnut Awareness Day on Saturday 16th November.

Their presence highlighted their support for PCG’s mission to increase prostate cancer awareness and encourage Men over the age of 50 to test their PSA.

The GSD contingent included Edwin Reyes, Atrish Sanchez, Joelle Ladislaus, Craig Sacarello and various members of the Executive, who engaged with PCG representatives to learn about the work, objectives and plans for 2025

The Walnut Awareness Day is part of PCG’s month-long campaign to encourage men over 50 to get a PSA test. It’s a simple blood test that can save lives.

PCG urges men to prioritise their health by booking a PSA test via email at prostate@gha.gi. Early detection saves lives.
