Fun Walk Success for the Walnut Campaign!
Today’s Fun Walk as part of our Walnut Campaign has been very successful! A large crowd gathered to participate and donate in support of Prostate Cancer Gibraltar. We are overwhelmed with the public enthusiasm to our cause.
The event kicked off at 8:30 am at our stand in Casemates Square, where people stopped by to learn more about prostate cancer, browse our merchandise (including t-shirts, mugs, water bottles, pens, and caps), and engage with our team.
At 11 am, the Fun Walk was officially started by Her Worship the Mayor, who did the Walk herself, leading participants on a scenic route through Casemates Square, Main Street, Ragged Staff Road, Queensway Quay, Harbour Views Road, West View Park, North Mole Road, Watergardens, and finally back to Casemates Square.
PCG would like to thank Her Worship the Mayor for her important support.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, MAG (Musicians Association of Gibraltar) provided fantastic music with DJ Nate and The Uninvited entertaining the crowd throughout the event. This proved to be very popular amongst locals and visitors alike.
This event is only the beginning! We have more events lined up for the entire month to continue raising prostate cancer awareness and raise funds for this crucial cause. Remember, you can still support us by visiting pcg.gi to make a donation.
A reminder to all men over 50: How’s your Walnut ? Check your PSA. It’s a simple blood test, and early detection can save lives.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support us today—let’s keep this momentum going in our community!
